General Return Policy (Non-Firearm Products)

For items such as hardware, feed, apparel, and accessories:

Firearm Return Policy

Important Notice

All firearm sales are final after ATF Form 4473 completion and NICS approval, as required under U.S. federal law.

Pre-Transfer Cancellation (Before Form 4473)

  • Orders can be canceled before transfer
  • If not shipped: Full refund within 5–7 business days

If shipped to FFL:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • $25 restocking fee applies

Post-Transfer Returns

  • No returns allowed after transfer
  • Federal law requires these transactions to be final

Defective Firearms

  • Report within 5 business days of transfer
  • Manufacturer warranty process applies
  • We assist with warranty claims

NICS Denial Refund

  • Full refund issued within 7 business days
  • Shipping and transfer fees are non-refundable

Ammunition Return Policy

All ammunition sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges allowed
  • Applies to all calibers including 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, rifle, and shotgun ammunition

Important: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 business days for review.

How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with order details
  2. Provide reason and images if applicable
  3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  4. Pack item securely
  5. Ship to the address below

  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Restocking fee up to 15% may apply

Exchanges

  • Available only for non-firearm items
  • Price differences will be adjusted
  • Processed after inspection

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Firearms after transfer
  • Ammunition
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned without RMA
  • Items returned outside the allowed window

Many products include manufacturer warranties. Customers can contact the manufacturer directly, and we will assist when needed.
